I complained to the manager but its obvious that he didn't do anything.

I bought several boxes of printing paper, and bought two printers, and even a chair there because I've renting another office in Santa Monica but this guy didn't answer my questions, he was all over the place, got mad at me....I mean come on I spent well over $1,000 and I couldnt' get excellent customer service...this office depot store had no good management

I was very nice, direct, and sweet to them...but they took advantage ot it.

Need to develop a (Q,r) system for a purchasing department. Dept needs to buy items for construction projects that are mapped on a schedule. Some variability exists in adherence of projects to schedules (demand variability). Some variability in lead time of delivery. Some items need to be assembled together for inventory. Most items need to be inventoried at supplier locations, some are needed to be warehoused at company owned warehouse. What paremeters do I use to determine which items should be inventoired? Presuming Q,r policy is the right approach how do I begin drafting the policy? Where can I find more information on the subject? Any help will save a life...

to get anything to work anymore you need an adapter for it. eg, if i were to buy an XBOX 360 and wanted to hook it up to the internet i would have to buy a 100$ part. if i want to be able to surf the net i must buy a 100$ part. if i want to be able to see the most common picture and video formats (GIF, JPG, DivX, etc) i must buy a 90$ modulator. to hook it up to an HDTV i must buy a 40$ cable. to play a four player game on onew console i must have two 70$ wireless controllers and two 50$ wired controllers. and all of this just to do some fairly basic stuff. there are many more examples out there of microsoft's ability to force the majority of us pc owners to buy extra bits and peices. but yet because microsoft stuff is so common then software programmers progrm some of their software only to run with microsoft O/S's. most people have windows of some sort and not as many people have a LINUX. do you think it is microsoft's fault or ours that we are paying big bucks for so much stuff?

I recently filed a claim with UPS over a lost package worth $300. It's been 2 days now, but the bar on the report sheet is still at " Lost Package reported".

Here is an example of the screen:

^^When will UPS actually begin to look for the package (as in when will the status move to "UPS Package Search"? Thanks.

I lone work in an advice centre for a charity. There is no public access to the centre unless I open the front door However there is an alleyway between the buildings, this leads to the back yard and back door. The 6ft high gate's lock is broken, I have reported it for repair but nothing's been done about it. The toilet is outside and when I go I cannot lock the back door from outside so I have to leave it open. When I went to the loo last week somebody walked in and took my new Nokia N80, to replace it would cost £295, my work say their insurance does not cover personal items. Do I have any come back on them considering the thesefacts?
