I'm very good at doing custom fabrications in almost any area I chose. As a kid I made all kinds of creative things not on the market. Last night I emailed Hoover telling them about my talents and I would be very good at research and development R&D. If they had a product waiting for R&D I could help. When I do fabrications I'm a perfectionist, to the point I have a ZERO come back rate. I would like to get plugged in somewhere. I don't know how to go about it.
Also I have very thought out, highly marketable, inventions that would make lots of money. I do know about the disclosure document way of preserving my inventions. I need to take above and beyond that stage. Can I please get some suggestions as to how to go about all this stuff? I most definatel appreciate any feed back I get.

I saw a post on here a couple weeks ago and decided to go visit ....Does anyone use Direct Matches here? I guess they are a social group of Networkers. They have free web site, free classifieds, free forums, free blogs. In fact the entire system is free. It seems to good to be true...as I sent out a classified and received 4 signups??? If you know more about it, tell me. If your into marketing, they answer all your questions. Take a look. and see where I am going wrong. Nothing this good is free:

I started a CAD Drafting service from my home and started to get the word out about a month ago. I've tried direct mail, will be doing a Home Show soon and got a website and have been trying to create some good content so that it hopefully moves me up the list in search engines. I'm still trying to understand the whole SEO and searching for ways to improve my website but I feel like I'm at a dead end. I am growing quite impatient with the lack of customers and growth of my business just after a month so please help.

I used DomainDirect.com to make my website so I chose from a database of templates. I can't change many of the border features and I have tried inserting an Ask.com form so that I can get search engine results but don't work. So other then the bordering (what I can't change) what do you think I need to do to improve on? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you from a worried business owner determined to grow.

I have a bunch of pretty clever domain names parked with godaddy. Hey, I bought a domain for $10 and sold it a week later for $150. Too bad there weren't 5 or 6 more zeros after those numbers. Anyway, I've read about the google adsense for parked domains. How does it work and can it make any money for me? Or should I just create some basic websites with content?

I graduated in early 2006 with a degree in Journalism, and I have had a VERY difficult time finding interviews. I hunt daily, have gotten my resume and cover letters reviewed and raved about, and while they tell me I was wonderful in the interview, someone else came up that was a more perfect fit. I have currently given up on Journalism for the time being, I just want to get my foot in the door with any company to get experience and work up the ladder, basically. I have even tried to contact a temp/employment agency and even THEY haven't gotten back to me. I need help...getting very depressing coming on nearly a year and a half of searching. Again, it doesn't have to be in Journalism...I'd just rather it not be in sales. Just a regular office job. My strong points are mainly writing, analyzing, reading, customer service. I have already worked as a receptionist, an accounts receivable clerk, a manager, and a supervisor before.
