Work place situation?

tell me...
is it too much for the workers if we as the owner, can search their track work..
so even in 10 minutes, we can know anything what they do... their track...
and they have to report us, like from 10 to 13.oo I do my 1st sketch..
is it too much or just ok?

I'm a bit skeptical as they want you to send money before you can start. It's only $34.95 but still. It seems odd that you have to pay to work. I'm a food distributor and I would like to know if its appropriate to ask the following to current customers..

Is it appropriate to ask current customers the following:

"If there is anyone that you know that you think can use my services and products, I would love for you to either refer me to them or have you let them know about me and my contact information."

I was driving in the car with a friend, listening to a music radio station. The station cut to a Verizon Commercial. In the middle of the verizon radio commercial; on the right hand side of the road, was a Verizon Store.
