It's aimed at bedsit-land, high-rise accom, city dwellers ...It's a simple idea and would retail at less than a tenner. ... do I actually "make" the thing as a prototype or get someone to do it...? do i produce the prototype (to who?) or just provide the plans? ...and how can I make sure no-one has thought of the idea before and that no-one will pinch my idea before I get into production?

The term "book price" intimidates potential buyers, so why are there so many price guides published? I've noticed on Ebay that things like glassware, pottery and other "collectibles" usually sell for 10 to 50% of the current book prices.

You know those offers for "free" tvs, playstations, computers, restaurant gift certificates, etc., where you have to complete various "offers" before they send out the free item? What are those offers? What are you obligating yourself to? How much do you end up spending in order to get the free thing? Thanks.

I am a sophomore in high school trying to raise money so I can travel abroad. I thought a raffle would be a good idea to raise money. I thought I could purchase an IPOD nano to raffle off, but I believe many people my age already own one. What other items would students my age buy raffle tickets for?

Wether its an offer for "Unlimited use" broadband by an ISP or an advert for "Unlimited free text messages" by a phone company, they always end the advert saying that a "Fair usage policy is applied".

I gather that means there is / will be a restriction of services for someone who uses up alot more than the average user, which means that its not actually "Unlimited".

So surely they are in breach of advertising rules?

Hey.
I'm a Realtor and I want to use the A-Team theme music in a Radio Ad.
Is this possible?
Do you know where to go to get this information?
How much would Royalties like this cost?
How close can you copy the music without infringing on any copyright / royalty laws?
Any help is welcomed. Thank you.

Can someone tell me more about internships? I have an interview for a graphic design internship coming up it is what I am in school for. I do not know what to expect at all so I am a little nervous.

But also I was wondering how often do companies KEEP their interns and hire them to work there? I just am not very familiar with internships so I would appreciate any information. Thanks!

I own a portfolio of real estate, and I specialize in bringing together roommates with similar interests and life styles together all under one lease. I'm up to quite a few homes these days that I need to fill, and Craigslist, Roommates.com and Easyroommates.com aren't really doing the trick. I'm also in the midst of getting a website developed where soon I will be advertising via Yahoo Overture and Google Adwords.

What else can I do, marketing campaigns can I compete in or what other websites are out there that could help my business?
