Hey.
I'm a Realtor and I want to use the A-Team theme music in a Radio Ad.
Is this possible?
Do you know where to go to get this information?
How much would Royalties like this cost?
How close can you copy the music without infringing on any copyright / royalty laws?
Any help is welcomed. Thank you.

You can't use that theme song without permission, especially on a radio show. Sorry :(

The radio station pays the royalty for music play, whether for an advert or program. Be sure they are aware, because some stations pay on a "per use" basis instead of a blanket license. You will only be able to use the advert on radio, don't play in your store, at trade fairs or other venues. That is because the recordings are also copyrighted, and only broadcast gets a use exemption for the recording.
