See, someone charged $18,000 in my name. Either they got a car loan, or opened up a credit card in my name or something. I don't have a checking account, I don't have a savings account or credit card. I haven't taiken out any kind of loan. So, how do I prove that they opened an account or got a loan in my name? I keep calling the bank that took up the collections. It says it was a balance of $almost $10,000 but that there are interest charges of almost $8,000. Since I hadn't gotten any bills or tried to get a loan or anything I never got a credit report or anything. What if this person forged my name, how would I prove it isn't me? I'm on the phone right now waiting for this bank to answer my call. I have been on hold for almost 2 hours and haven't even spoken to a real person yet! I was on the phone Friday for almost two hours, then I had to go somewhere, I never talked to anyone then either. i'm worried and confused.

I have tried to get links to financiers or investors who are willing to invest in Nigeria but to no avail. All the links i have tried eventually ask me to register or make a deposit before i could be linked up.

My possition is this,I do not have a dime nor credit card for now because I am pressently unemployed, and it amazes me for someone to ask me for money when I am seeking for loan or finance.

What I want to say is that I have a simple and innovative idea for investment in Nigeria that would be money spinning. Now when you say Nigeria, it stirs reactions as to the various conceptions people have, but i will like to itterate that it is a haven of opprtunity, and the largest market for any bright idea.

What am looking for is a financier or partnership that will like to be on ground so as to understand the nature and potentials of this investment and will be willing to finance.I will explain more with a suitable or potential financier or partner.

They said - 'It is possible that the provider is contracted with the insurance company for their fully-insured book of business. That does not mean that the provider is in-network for this patient.' What does this mean?

I'm experienced with selling on ebay, I've been a seller for almost two years now. I've been thinking about checking into Wholsale Drop Shipping. But I'm a little leary of them I don't want to risk getting bad feed back. Has anyone had any luck with any of the suppliers. If so do you have any recommedations?

I'm trying to convert my part time sole proprietor business to a LLC.
1) Everyone talks about how great Delware is for incorporating. But how does that affect, if I do most to all of my business in another state? Do I have to register my LLC with the state that I'm working in? Do I cancel my business license with the state that I am currently working in and stop paying taxes to this state once I'm LLC'd?

2) How will the tax conversion work? Does all my income from 1/1/06 to the incorporation date be taxed as sole proprietor on my 1040 and then the rest of the years income be taxed as a corporation?

3) Is it usually more tax or less tax for a LLC than Sole Proprietor?

Thanks

Someone made fraudulent charges in my name. What can I do about this? I got a bill for almost $18,000, I don't know yet if this is a loan, a credit card, or some other kind of debt. All I know is I didn't do it. How can I prove this? I can barely pay my own bills, let alone pay for fradulent charges someone else made in my name! If I can't prove I didn't make these charges I'll have to fill for bankruptcy. What if they do something agaist the law, will I be held responsible? Can I get a new SSI number? Is there a lawer, or anyone else that know?

I understand that search engines change their algorithm's to keep people honest and it normally shuffles the results around but i have seen some very drastic changes lately. Where can we go to stay on top of Yahoo! and their ever changing algorithm's? I now see more sites that are less relevant towards the top of Yahoo! especially ones that don't put any effort into their site, compared to the few of us that have put a lot of time, money, and energy in our sites to make our customers happy.

A several years ago someone stold my ID. I didn't get any bills, and I didn't think my credit was good enough for anyone to get a credit card or loan in my name. I was told there isn't much I could do about it. Well, a few days ago I got a bill for almost $18,000! I never got a loan or bought a car or did anything to get a charge like this. They say it originated with Royal and Sun Assignee of PNC Bank. Does anyone know how I can contact them? How can I prove I didn't creat this debt?

Should we take our sweet time to read through all the contracts that we need to sign when making a big purchase? Or just believe in whatever the salesperson tell us? I ask this because sometimes it takes hours just to read all the clauses...
Thanks.

Management constantly gets so bogged down in details that we miss deadlines and move at a crawl. What's worse is we are a governmental entity so there is no "stick" or "carrot" to perform differently

My mom passed away and in an attempt to file a claim for benefits I need birth and marriage certificates. I have her death certificate and I was told that her Vital Statistics would cover the rest. I was told to go to the courthouse but they sent me to a health dept. The health dept sent me to the clerk or court. And so and and so forth. Can anyone tell me who I need to contact or where I need to go to obtain these records. Another concern is the fact that she was not born or married in Indiana. I don't know if that will be a problem. I am hoping I don't have to go out of state for these records.
