I hate seeing men doing what to me is having no respect for themselves. At the office, I hate men being suck-ups. I'm a man, and you just couldn't get me to do it. It's pathetic to me seeing me laughing at everything the boss says even if it's not funny, agreeing with eveyr commment no matter how stupid.

How would you feel if you knew your husbands was the very brown nose, or big kiss-up?

Is it best for me to buy at auction, renovate then sell? Should I look at building a portfolio of properties to rent? Is there anything else I can consider? What would be the tax implications?

I am interested in flipping houses and I have been looking on the internet for repos and can only find those sites that ask for $39.00 to join. There has got to be some other way of finding them. We have an agent that is finding low cost houses but would much rather look into repos. Any help? Thanks

I just signed a lease that stipulates that "utilities are not included" in the rent. I'm not from New York, NY and I don't know if that means heat, hot water, electricity, etc. What exactly am I paying for? Also, how do I set up all of these things? Lastly, how much should I expect to pay? My husband and I will be occupying the apartment. Thanks!
