I do not want to get my masters in English, but I do want to have a masters degree. What graduate degree helps to further the careers of English majors the best?

I turned 40 and would like to go back to school but don't know what career path to take. I am hoping that you may have found a career that doesn't come with a mandatory retirement age and can recomend it to me.

I would prefer to be able to continue working in this career one or two days a week when I get older. I really admire my uncle who is a Psychologist but I can see that with that career it can take a while to build up a client base.

Any thoughts?
