I am 19 years old and I just got prequalified on my own. At my age and income, I wasn't prequalified for very much ($85,000). Right now I live an hour and a half away from work and need to move closer by October (when my current lease goes up).

None of the houses I have seen have been very nice at all and the only homes that are in that price range are still around 45 minutes away from my job. There are no nice apartments near my work and I would really prefer to buy a home. I was hoping I could at least find a townhome in this price range. I'm not picky, I'd just rather not live in a small home that was built in the 30s.

I'm starting to get frusterated and pessimistic about this situation. Did anyone else feel this way when they were a first time home buyer?

I but in tons of applications at the local mall because that the perfect place for a teen to work.None of the employers called me back and summers almost over.I want to work during school to, but the mall opens at 9:00 and closes at 9:00. I'm in school from about 8 to 3:00.
so i really wont be able to get alot of hours except on the weekends.What should i do???Help!!!!!

Nobody was born with job experience, and we didn't get an education for nothing. How did the employers get their jobs? I'm sure at one point, they also had no experience in their field.

Doesn't that whole thing just annoy you to death?

Also, how is it that some entry level jobs require 3 years relevant experience? If you have 3 years experience, it doesn't sound entirely entry level...compared to a new grad / no experience situation being entry level. If entry level jobs require 3 years experience, than how do new grads get the job?

Peter, James and John have gone to a Hotel for the night, each one slept in a diferent room which each room costed them £10 each, the total was £30 for that night. They paid the bill in full and went to their room, because they always use the same Hotel, and the Manager is Peter's friend the manager gave them £5 off the total amount so they were supposed to pay only £25 for the night. The manager got £5 and give to the receptionist and told him to give the money back to them, He did exactly what he was told to do ... but he thought ... Well £5 will be impossible to be divided in 3 ( Peter, James and John) I will keep £2 and give them £3 so he did, with £3 the room cost them £9 per night ... so £9 times 3 (Peter, james and John) equals to £27 plus £2 ( that the receptionist stole) £29 .... Where has the £1 Gone????
