Ok, I'm in the process of starting my very own cleaning company. However, I do have a full-time job. The company next door from where I currently work, came into our office this morning, asking if we can give them our cleaning company contact information. The young lady that was cleaning for them, they found out she was stealing from there company. I gave her our company's cleaning person info, but I want to go over there and present my business offer to her. Do you all think that'll be a good idea? I have no customers as of now, but I still want to go and talk to them, what shall I do?

Companies today are all hot to trot about electronic statements, trying to convince us that they are superior to paper statements, but being someone who archives statements, somehow, having to drop everything, find the web site, log in, navigate to the statement, download it (assuming they offer a download option, otherwise it's an ugly save), and figure out where to save it is a lot more effort than rip it open, toss it on the coffeetable, and eventually add it to my file.

The problem would be solved if they just emailed the darn thing to me. Then it would be automatically archived for me and my effort would be greatly reduced. But no one wants to do this. Why? I have some theories but nothing firm. Perhaps since email is not authenticated they don't want people trusting it. But they they still use it, so that's a contradiction. Perhaps it's privacy; but email is supposed to be private, and why not give me that option? Anyone have any better ideas?

Lender gave me a prequalified loan amount, but just 1 week before close of escrow, the rate he presented was something I could not afford.
Seller is always calling me that I might have to pay for her expenses :example: Her part of the appraisal; a repair she made to the garage door(which she mentioned she had done before we saw the house); the termite inspection; her escrow downpayment fee and so on.
She wanted me to work with her lender, but she was unable to help get a good rate either. So am I to blame that they couldn't help me? Can the seller really threaten to sue me for her expenses? SOMEONE HELP!!

Yeah so those jobs saying they'll pay you $800-2000 weekly to stuff envelopes is probably a scam, right? They shouldnt even print those ads in the paper!
