I'll be late for work because of this, how can I stop it?

If you're like me, you browse around to find the right questions to answer. Suddenly, you find a question that you totally know the answer to and it seems so easy! Its addictive because there are people out there who have some honest questions and it's fun if you can give them what you feel is a good answer.
How can you stop it? Hmmm... They haven't invented a patch for it yet, so I guess you're out of luck for now!

I agree, it is addicting! Don't sign into Yahoo in the morning. Stop it before it starts! Dedicate one certain time in your day just for going online and having fun, but don't go on before that time. :)
