If you decide to sell your home and you have financed it for 30-years, what steps do you need to take? Say you have just paid 9-years on it and you have decided to move, what do you need to do? How do you price it to at least make enough extra for a downpayment on another home? Any help will be appreciated..

I had an interview for anew job a few days ago. The interview went really well; I think the interviewer and I really connected. I even slipped him a five-dollar bill as sort of a "gift" to keep me in mind >:) though when I did he kind of just shook it out of his hand and did not take it. he then stared at me for five minutes; i didn't really know what to do so i started rubbing my nipple counterclockwise with my tongue out. so i think it went smoothly. do you think i got the job?

I'm currently a lifeguard, earning $7 an hour (I know that's not alot, but it's pretty good for my age) and work an average of 30hrs a week. Basically, I make between $300 and $600 every other week, because I get paid bi-weekly. I have around $5,000 in a savings account and don't spend all that much on myself. I'm not looking for answers of "get another job" or stuff like that, because I couldn't fit another into my schedule. I'm looking for answers from people who have accumulated wealth and held onto it, who have experience with making their money work for them (ie people who invest or live off of interest from their savings account)

today at work (at a pizza shop), i was picking some markers off the floor for someone and backed into one of the computers where we take the orders to get out of someone's way. after that it would not work. do you think it could break that easily? will i get fined? should i just quit my job (it is only for the summer)

I'm 21 and have $14,000 in credit card debit. I cant get a private loan for school but did recieve financial aid. Financial aid did give me enough to pay for classes. But i cant afford rent im barely making my credit card payments. My credit is bad now because i couldnt make my card payments the last 4 months. im trying and working as hard as i can.I have even looked for a cheaper place to live but i still dont have enough money. i made a budget and its not working. I really just want to die right now! Im 21 and my life is ruined all ready. My parents cant help me financially & have bad credit too. I cant drop out of college because i have $21,000 in loans that i would have to pay back. I feel like i have no future and im just wasting my life away. what do i do?

if you need to work with a stupid, chicky, fatty big Bully from Mon-Sat 8am to 5pm, would you quit?
He used to bully women, especially those old and low educated factory workers. Don't know anything but like to show off. Always laugh at other, but he himself can only speak broken English, I ever shouted and scolded him, but tired of working with this kind of people.
