Yes. I stayed strong for three years and didnt say a word. I said I will be the bigger one because sometimes I believe people just want you to be weak and quit. I just left at the end of April when I got married. I left without letting them know how I felt. It feels good to be the bigger one. You are mature.

Yes, what helps:
stay professional, don't ake things personally, just do your job well, and don't let anyone else dictate how you feel about yourself.
This too shall pass... if it doesn;t you have a choice to move on ... don't waste another day being mkiserable if you are... but I would first try to detach from other people's negative behavior.

Lots of times. It is just something you have to put up with because its work, and its money in your pocket. I stereotype my boss Andy. Ive been with the company for 18 years, and he has been with the company for 7. He is 22, and im 31. He is an alright guy, but i stereotype him as a snobby little rich kid at times.

I just quit this job that I was doing because I couldn't deal with my boss's attitude.. she was soo moody... and she would do everything i just did.. over again.. so I called her and told her that this was my last week working there...

I got a phone call from another place so I am working there tomorrow...

Yes I did...........I didn't like the stress either.............
