then usually it works quite well if you just say you have to go to the gynaecologists.
A lot of men won't ask any further then.
If you can make yourself cry, so much the better.
But I guess this answer comes a little late.

The old tried and true Stomach flu be sure to mention how many times you have had diarrhea and had to run to the bathroom, that is one conversation they usually don't want to discuss in detail.

Blame it on a sick pet. They never ask for a note from the vet, but if they do, vets are easier to buy off.

If there's nothing wrong with u, I would say u are just playing Russian Roulette with your job.
Either have a good reason to be off work or GO TO WORK.
I had people do this to me when I was their boss & eventually Bosses catch on to this ploy & u will loose your job as it is a legal reason to fire u.
If u don't like your job be honest & look 4 a new one. "Honesty is always the best policy."
