It's hard 2 find a job in 2day's economy. Right now I'm helping ym younger sister look 4 a job (she's 17). Besides the usual fast food and clothing stores, We found a couple leads at daycares, and the public library.Check out this site http://smallbusiness.aol.com/features/teenbusiness, to help u find something that youre good at. Once u have an idea, create some flyers and post them at all of you public libraries, laundry mats, light poles, local newspapers etc.

If you have any ambition to go to college or university when you finish highschool it would be great if you could find a job that had something to do with the field of work/career you want to get into. For example if you want to be a vet maybe you could get a part time job cleaning cages, feeding and caring for animals at your local Veternarian or animal shelter. If you want to be an accountant maybe you could get a job working in an accounting office. If you can get a job that relates to where you want to go with your life you will either a) get some really good experience that will help you get into the course you want to take or b) find out that you don't want to waste your time going to school for that career and chose something else.
Good luck!

Check with your city's park and rec department. They usually have lots of summer/part time jobs and are usually pretty flexible.
