today at work (at a pizza shop), i was picking some markers off the floor for someone and backed into one of the computers where we take the orders to get out of someone's way. after that it would not work. do you think it could break that easily? will i get fined? should i just quit my job (it is only for the summer)

no if it didn't fall off the table it probably is not broken. an employer cannot fine an hourly employee for accidental damage. no do not quit over this. if they fire you which i doubt. they are idiots and you will find a better job at their competitors store. ; )

Don't quit your job. It was an accident and I doubt they fine you. It's probably not the first time that PC got bumped.

look, accidents happen. i seriously doubt that a litle bump caused the system to not work. stop looking for something to take blame for.
