if you need to work with a stupid, chicky, fatty big Bully from Mon-Sat 8am to 5pm, would you quit?
He used to bully women, especially those old and low educated factory workers. Don't know anything but like to show off. Always laugh at other, but he himself can only speak broken English, I ever shouted and scolded him, but tired of working with this kind of people.

if you can afford it quit..but give him a piece of your mind before you quit...then go to the person above him yell at them for having this type of person in their company then threaten to go to oscha for having someone thats harrassing people in management

why let this kind of people affect your work? did he bully you too? if not, i know it feels uneasy and mad seeing him bully people. but even if you quit, he will still continue to bully. why not gang up and do someting to him? if not worth quitting your job bcoz of these people. you cant be sure that your new job that u will meet better people.
