well i love fashion & im trying to figure out what i want to do in career im only 16 andi would like to work in magazines like teenvogue etc. likefashion magazines..i want to major on somthing that has to do w/high fashion and that win good money..cuz i like clothes, putting outfits 2gether, and all those fin things..what king of career will be great to do something like that ..i was thinking fashion merchadising but is that a good job for what i want to do..please help me !!!!! & where can i start working for experience..im only 16?

MY HUSBAND AND I LIVE IN NEW YORK (LONG ISLAND) AND AS MOST PEOPLE KNOW IT IS GETTING VERY EXPENSIVE TO LIVE HERE! i had someone in my life(then he broke his chains and got away-kidding) and unfortunately he was financially highly unethical. more unfortunately, i was too stupid to notice. now i am in deep poo poo. bad checks, collection agencies, you name i have got it. how do i start cleaning up? he is gone, and not traceable. anyway, its my name(sigh)and my stupidity. any suggestions beyond "buy a gun"?

If you are a seller on ebay and someone bids and wins the item but then refuses to pay, how much does it cost the seller? Are they fined for what the other person refusing to send payment? My friend bid on something and then changed her mind and didnt send payment. I wasn't sure if the seller got in trouble.

you are going along your merry way and have to give some information to some person, let's say person A. when you are done politely relaying information to A, she stops and asks you if "you were asleep when you were working on this design" in a condescending manner. i said, no, that was my first design, so it is bound to be messed up. then she goes off on a bunch of stuff i should have done but didn't because i didn't know at the time, but now i do, even before she went on her tirade.

mind you, i went through some of her first designs and they were effing terrible.

what would you say to the sleep comment?

Hi all - I live in Michigan and had bought a house with my boyfriend. We broke up and I moved out. I wanted to sell it but he wanted to stay there. My then ex-boyfriend asked me to sign a quit claim deed because he needed me to do that so he could refinance the home in his name only. It never happened -- over 3 years later it still shows up on my credit (he has been paying on time). I have letters and emails from him stating that if I signed that deed that he would then be able to refinance. Do I have any legal rights here? It is going to affect my ability to purchase a new home with my husband. Any ideas/advice would be greatly appreciated!
