What are the advantages of the company DHL?
In 2003, the German firm DHL acquired Airborne Express to become the 3rd largest player in the small-package delivery business (behind UPS and Fed-Ex).
What advantages/benefits do they have over UPS and Fed-Ex?

NONE! I've had two bad experiences with DHL and never had any with FedX or UPS. DHL blows. I filed suit agaist DHL in August of 2003 and I won in April 2004 and DHL was ordered to pay me $1,000, plus fees and costs. Also, a CD shipment arrived at my door and I heard the delivery man slam the CD to the ground and when I got to my door he screeeched the tires and sped off and left tire marks on our street. When I opened my CD, the case was broken. I NEVER USE DHL for those reasons.

Cheaper and just as good as the two biggies.
