anyone sell on ebay that has advice for me on shipping? i would think that having the bidders figure their own shipping with the link would be the best option. but, how do i estimate how much something weighs. like a pair of women's jeans, what do they weigh?

How much money would I need in the bank in order to retire comfortably?

I never received a loan committment letter, on a house we are closing on supposably in 2 days.?

The lender told us when we wrote up this offer on this house to put a closing date of 2 weeks later, which I thought was pushing it, but now we had to sign an amendment to extend the date , to possible 2 -5 days later. And also we have not received a committment letter from the bank, which makes me worry. I hate to go this far in the process to not have a committment letter. And I said to the lender, why have we not received the committment letter, and he said the realtor has your pre-approval. But I think this late in the game the committment should be there.

a hard one to work out ?

ok i lost my job it was a good job for 16 i was makain $10 and hour and got paid every friday 36 hours a wekk but now i am fired i dont know what to do i mean do i go out there and look for another job like that or do i just settle for a smaller job please help?

Should you stay at a job you don't like just because the money is good?

Rent problem....?

Do i have to pay my landlord rent if i move out like a few days before the due date of Rent?

it's June 24 and due date is july 5 and i am most likely moving out the 1st of July to another apartment area... do i have to legally pay him the rent when i move out or what?
any suggestions or knowledge would help :)
