I am a young 40 years old.. but I messed my self up in my 20s with too much sun exposure. I have the deepest uglyiest wrinkles on face. I have tried all the expensive creams and nothing helps. I do not want surgery. Does someone know of something thatreally works?

I want to get a surface piercing, but recently I've had a breakout of acne where I want the piercing. The acne is mostly gone in the spot I want pierced, but the redness and a bit of scarring is still there. Do you think I should wait until the spot completely clears, scars and all?

Does anyone have suggestions for clearing the spot? I've used neosporin, but I'm a bit impatient.

like if you take a shower with really hot water would you get darker? then if you take a shower with normal water?

cause i take a shower with really hot water and i wonder if that has caused my skin to tan?

I am a light medium skin color but i want to be really pale like this

since last year i have worked really hard to be get lighter and i have i used to be medium tan now i am lighter tan.. but then i went out in the summer to a warm country and got tanned all over again.. the tan hasnt gone :( well it has alittle

i used to be really white when i was younger (when i was 2) like white as that guy, but i got kidney disease and that could be the problem i am now a tan color or it could be the sun i dont know
but how could i be that pale? any good home made remedies?

my skin there are pores, big pores and it looks really bad on my skin. It doesnt seem smooth. I also got indented acne scars (not deep)

what can i do to get rid of these big pores that make my skin look really bad and also these indented scars?

im currently using tretonoin aka retin-a alsp im using vaseline deep conditioning cocoa butter.

i also tried mederma but that doesnt work for me

Ok i dont want to buy the expensice crap fromt the tanning place, so is there anything cheap and will keep me from getting cancer...? I just want to be safe, but also not spend like 50$ on tanning lotions... Could i use that Hemp stuff from wal-mart..? Idk... please HELP!

I was wondering how to get rid of the marks. After my blackhead/pimpil pop it leaves behind a reddish, brownish mark. I never touch my face when my hands are dirty, i wash my face 2-3 times a day with neutrogena. Other people i asked, they said they will go by themselves but i dont think they are. Can anyone help me???!?

i don't drink caffine after 7pm or before 10 am. i also limit my caffine to one can of pop a day, and i do not use any excess salt, try to watch my sodium and chug water. Any other things i can do?

I use Clearasil acne cream on regular pimples and it works great for me and they're usually gone within a day or two. However, on the right side of my nose, at the bottom right where it meets my face, I have some blackheads and one bigger one that kinda looks like a pimple and a blackhead but Clearasil won't do anything for it. I thought about those strips but they're not on my nose, but on my face right next to my nose. Luckily you can't really see them because of their location but they bug the heck out of me! Any ideas on how to remove them?

i have been wanting to get it done 4 ages and now im thinking more seriously about it. recently i heard it can damage your abdomin or something like that. also i have heard it affects your fertility. is any of this true? or are there any real dangers about this?
