Sorry, but skin "firming" lotions are mostly hogwash...it's going to take a bit of muscle toning to get your body back to where it was. If you can't get to the gym, try doing some exercises while "playing" with the baby..."peek-a-boo" sit-ups, "tummy-kissing" push-ups, etc. Your baby will love it and you'll get some firmness back

I swear by this!
Skinceuticals Advanced Body Firming Lotion
Optimal for all skin types, this skin-firming treatment combines soy isoflavones, pure vitamin E, three nutrient-rich algae, and botanical extracts to firm, hydrate, and protect the entire body. The antioxidant and moisturizing properties counter moisture loss and elasticity while supporting the skin’s regeneration process to restore healthy, buoyant, luminous skin

I like Philosophy's Amazing Grace firming body emulsion. I'm pregnant with my third, and I use mustela throughout the pregnancy and amazing grace after. Drink plenty of water and exercise.

There are no creams or lotions that firm the skin. It's all a ploy to get you to buy their product. It would be nice, though!

Olive oil and vitamin C. Oh, and don't forget the sunscreen, too much of that Sunshine will take away the elastin for good.
