I use Clearasil acne cream on regular pimples and it works great for me and they're usually gone within a day or two. However, on the right side of my nose, at the bottom right where it meets my face, I have some blackheads and one bigger one that kinda looks like a pimple and a blackhead but Clearasil won't do anything for it. I thought about those strips but they're not on my nose, but on my face right next to my nose. Luckily you can't really see them because of their location but they bug the heck out of me! Any ideas on how to remove them?

Use the Biore strips. Just cut them to fit or move them really far over. That might help. Or you could always try a blackhead remover tool. Revlon makes one. Hope that helps a little!

I don't think there is a magic product as much as having the magic touch!
So if you keep on top of your skin you may get a handle on them.

Find a wonderful hydrating wash you like and your skin likes.
Before this take a hot, wet (clean) wash cloth, heat in micro for double warmth, apply and repeat.
Wash face well and then find a good exfoliant.
When done apply a toner.
(you should use a day cream and repeat this at night)

Exfoliate twice a week, and find a deep cleaning pore mask once a week [do these on clean faces and never on the same day]
The wash cloth trick should be done a few times a week.

In time you should have good turn over of cells with your face and less blackheads.

In order to get rid of a blackhead, you must kill the root of it or it will continue to be there. Drugstore products will not (to my knowledge) allow you to kill the root.

What you need is a Chemical Peel. Local spas usually will give you one. It may not be the cheapest or most painless..but it definantly kills the root and it is really worth it. You just can't be out and about for that day because the sun/wind/earth/etc. will interfere with your face after the peel.
I reccomend H2T salon if you are near one.

Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub works great for me as it helps eliminate blackheads for a clearer skin. At first, you’ll feel a tingling sensation as it contain salicylic acid, which penetrates deep to eliminate blackheads by removing stubborn dirt and oil trapped inside pores. Use it in conjunction with Blackhead Eliminating Astringent.

I was just reading about this . . . that BAKING SODA helps to remove blackheads. Just make a paste and rub it Iightly into the area of blackheads. I tried it - and yah - it totally helped to take a lot of it out (but in all honestly, not all). I'm all about simple household remedies!!!

Steaming your face would help open the pores so that u can flush with cold water... but if ur looking for a great product to use.... ProActiv is the best. In the meantime just keep washing your face and blot with ur towel when ya dry it.
