If I were to get a nose job that reduced the size of my nose, would the skin covering the cartilage be tight enough not to wrinkle or look bad. And is the procedure used today in modern cosmetic surgery safe and scar-free?

Thank you (and please answer my question instead of telling me to be okay with myself or trying to get used to it, I'm not going through life with a big nose.)

Im 13 and i used to have pretty severe acne, but a tried benzoyl peroxide and it worked amazingly for me and my acnes pretty much gone but the only thing is is that i have these ugly dark acne scars that makes my forehead look like its still covered in acne. I want to cover it up with foundation or concealer or something but my mom wont let me she says that im "too young" for makeup but i honestly need it my face still looks like i have tonss of acne. Are their any ways to cover or treat my acne scars that wouldnt involve and kind of makeup? Thank You.

I began takeing Topamax about two months ago and now I am taking 25mg/ 3 tablets - 2x a day. Ever since I began the medication my face has broke out horribly with acne. Is it because of the Topamax? If so can the acne be treated or will I have to stop the Topamax? It is to the point now that I have tried so many different things to get rid of teh acne that my face is just raw, red and swollen and really painful. I cant get ahold of my Dr. right now because of the holiday, that's why I'm hoping for some kind of hope on here. I take the Topamax for Bipolar II and am doing soooo well on it, I really would not like to switch but my face it terrible. Can somebody please give me some input??

How can I get my mom to buy me a bra? She bought me a sports bra but I want a real bra. How can I break it to her without feeling unconforable? She wont even tell me what a period is (I already know) but she wont talk to me about that stuff. The only reason she bought me a sports bra is because I had a shirt that itched on my chest and she got me it. I am getting too big for the sports bra. How can I ask her? HELP!

Every time I get rid of a blackhead, there's always this visible HOLE where the blackhead used to be. And it doesn't really close up, even with cold water, leaving it vulnerable to new blackheads. And of course, my face looks like the moon. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I moisturize it every day as soon as i get out of the shower, but it's still flaky. Are there any really good moisturisers around that i could use to make my skin smooth again? I have also tried exfoliaters, and although it helped a bit, it didn't solve the problem. (I'm from Aus, and don't have a credit card, so any products would have to be accessible in australian chemists, stores etc etc)

ok.. i plan to get my nape pierced for my first surface piercing..
and i know that it will hurt.. so it would be stupid to ask that..

The past couple days when I would wash my face before going to bed the skin on my right cheek bone would burn and itch. I looked at it and it's all irritated and somewhat dry.
