How can I get my mom to buy me a bra? She bought me a sports bra but I want a real bra. How can I break it to her without feeling unconforable? She wont even tell me what a period is (I already know) but she wont talk to me about that stuff. The only reason she bought me a sports bra is because I had a shirt that itched on my chest and she got me it. I am getting too big for the sports bra. How can I ask her? HELP!

Find some magazine articles or advertisements about bras and leave them laying around the house. If you're both in the same room just pick up the article and start reading it and make a comment to your mom like "Hey mom, did you know that they make these really cool bras that (insert cool feature here)?" This should help break the ice.

Hmmm...even though im a guy..i have 2 sisters..

just let her know that you think that you are old enough to use a sports bra (whatever that looks like) anyways..let her see too that you are responsible enough so that she could trust you to do things that you like and have things that you want..if you want to talk to her..
always try not to interrupt her when she is still talking..thats how you can tell her what you want..

"Mom, I'm thinking it's time for me to move up from a sports bra to the real thing. Would you go with me and help me make a good selection?"

If you're old enough just ask for some money and go to the mall, but I'd just come out and be like
" Mom i know this might be a uncomfortable subject but...." and just start out. But be honest.

If you never talk to her about it, she's going to always be uncomfortable on the topic and will avoid it.
