Come home tell her the boys are making fun of you because they can see your boobs. She will get you a bra if she thinks boys are looking at you. Also, it helps if another Mother or one of her friends talks to her.
I had this same thing with my parents; they just did not want to face the fact I was growing up and it was horrible for me until I married and got out of their house. I loved them but they just made everything so hard on me.

Oh you poor thing, I remember that period of my life... the best way to do it is to not be subtle and just come out and say " mom i think i need a bra" or can we go shopping for a bra. Believe me she needs a wake up call like that is she hasn't realized that you might need one already or she's embarassed to talk to you about it and might actually be relived that you did. Good luck

If you find it to difficult talking to her about it, get her to take you shopping for something else, then just wonder in the lingire department and pick out a few bras.
If your not sure of your size, ask one of the clerks for help. They will measure you for a proper fit and help find bras in your size.

Your Mom is in denial that you are growing up. Do you have an Aunt or Sister or Grandmother, get them on your side to help (Now you might not have thought of this) sometimes Dad might even help you convince Mom

Maybe you have a grandmother or an aunt you can talk to. If not maybe the mother or big sister of one of your friends can help you out.
You can also just try asking your mom... explain to her why you want one to feel more comfortable in your clothes.

You need to sit down and talk with her just like your doing now. Let her know your feelings. Is there anyone else in the family that may be able to talk to her for you? Sister, Aunt, Cousin?

This shouldn't be too uncomfortable. Try just walking casually up to her and explain maturely that you need one. Or if your still uncomfortable notes are always good to have, and email's good too. I asked my mom shortly after i got my period, and it was an uncomfortable conversation at first, but after you explain, it will go smoothly.
Good luck!

you go up to your mother, flash her (show her your breasts) and be like, "look mother... these puppies aren't fitting in that fricken sports bra anymore, i need a REAL bra!" this should prove your point!
