Not that I know about. Baby lotion is generally use to make skin softer. I'm aware of lotion or creme that makes skin darker without having to get a suntan.

Isn't it strange..? Relaxation has to be the most natural state, and yet the one most people have to work hardest to achieve... Forget the bath if you want to relax for more than ½ an hour. First & foremost I'd suggest self-hypnosis. It does need some learning, and I'd recommend hypnotherapy from a professional first to help with this. For all of the following, dim the lights before you start - anything you can see will only serve as a distraction. Ensure you are sat or laid comfortably, limbs hanging loose, no crossed arms or legs... Unless you're being expertly massaged, you need to be alone so that you can be completely naked. To set your mind free, I believe that you need to also set your body free. Music is good. In my quest to find relaxation I discovered a love for classical music that I once found boring or even depressing. Popular examples include: Greensleeves, Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, Barber's Adagio for Strings - but experiment and find out what works best for you. Last, but by no means least, breath deep slow controlled breaths. Start by exhaling fully, then take a slow deep breath through your mouth - hold for 4 or 5 seconds, then slowly fully exhale, repeat several times. It may seem quite UNrelaxing at first as you try to control your breathing in a way you're not used to, but after 5 or 6 repetitions, you will be amazed at how much more relaxed you feel.

No, skin bleach makes skin lighter and is only available through a dermatologist or at a spa.

No, it's a moisturizer. I don't think something we are putting on someone as delicate as a baby is going to alter the skin colour.

i don't think so. theoretically, though, it should moisturize skin making it look younger. possibly lighter, i guess, if you tan a lot and your skin turns over.
