I'm 13 and I'm have this guy, who I'm pretty sure likes me, pierce my cartilage. He is going to use a needle. What else does he need, like supplies to make sure it goes all right and to prevent infection? And also, what are some good ways to numb my ear so it doesn't hurt that much? It would be more helpful if you've actually pierced your own ear. And what are good websites to instruct how to do it correctly?

I have bad skin and always have to wear makeup, something which I hate doing. Its slightly scarred by acne from a few years ago but now its blemished and I always have open pores and as a result of that - blackheads. Everything I try really just does not work and I cannot afford the money to get a chemical face peel which really would sort out all my problems!

I really just want to be able to just wear a slick of mascara and get ready to take on the world!

What's the best advice to give to two of my bestfriends who are so insecure about their toenails: One of them, her two of her right toenails are shaped like that of a kitten's (clawlike) and the other girl, her small/pinkie toenails grows black like charcoal. Kitten Toes' left foot and toenails and Blackie Pinkies' other toenails are normal. I was just wondering if there is anyone out there facing the same thing as they are? They are so insecure about society looking down on them as abnormal, that one is forever hiding her right foot from view and the other never leaves home without painting her toenails.

I got a piercing about a month or two ago, and everything was going fine until a "lump" started growing to the side or my piercing (on the inside)...i have the monroe piercing the one that goes from the outside to the inside of your upper lip area...do i need to take it out? it doesn't hurt, it just looks like extra skin or something...how do i get rid of it?
