One cannot really say without seeing a person. His bodyfat must be measured to answer that. With steroids, bodybuilders can weigh over 300 pounds and not be excessively fat. I weigh 320 pounds at 6' 1", and I'm muscular. I've set state records in powerlifting. My weight-to-height index is 4.38 lbs./inch, so I'd weigh 333 lbs. if i was 6'4". Your man has a 3.95 index. He'd weigh 288 lbs. at my height.

Depends on the body fat percentage. I have seen professional body builders that were around 300 pounds yet carrying about 5 % body fat.

The most accurate way to determine body fat is with a buoyancy tank. The person is first weighed on a scale and then weighed after they are lowered into a water tank. There is a formula that is used to determine the percent body fat.

At 5'-4" and 300lbs she will look slightly greater advantageous than slightly obese and IS morbidly obese. that's a unfavorable weight and if she keeps it on she will have an exceedingly short and sick life. Even at a million/2 that weight she would be slightly plump. Get her directly to a healthful weight-alleviation plan if she will agree formerly ir is merely too late. And the terrific of success.

It is considered overweight by most standards. However, if he is extreemly muscular, that could account for some of the excess weight. He should go to a doctor and have a proper body/mass index calculated to determine the percentage of fat in his body.

Not if he has a good BMI. It depends on how much of that is muscle, and what his build is. For a lot of people who are that tall I would say at 300lb they would be carrying some extra weight but it's likelty they would be a little heavy, not actually fat.

Well if he has over 30% body fat, yes. At 300lb, unless that is 300lb of muscle, then he is clinically obese and I have no idea why people are trying to dress this up. HTH.

You want to use the Body Mass Index, or BMI, to make that determination. Height and weight matching alone cannot give you the answer.
