ok.. here are 15 basic tips...
10. Always wash your face regularly with facial cleanser (it's soft
for the skin). and use facial scrub at least 2 -3 times a week..
9.eat healthy food to have healthy skin (believe it.. it's true!)
8. never eat greasy food like ( peanuts, fried foods.. eww..)
7. when cleaning your face always use soft cloth..
6. when you are still young, never use new products that you saw
on t.v. keep it natural..
5. use make up that is non- clogging and skin friendly.
4. Always do the 3 step routine meaning: cleanse, tone and
moisturize.. it really helps a lot..
3. use sunblock when going out.you might end up having another
problem on ur skin..
2. On ur face, if really needed, use natural products. chemicals
really bad, y' know..
1. and most importantly, when your face is oily, never use heavy based or liquid based make- up.. it just enhances the oil more..

early go bed and early wake up then do ''Yoga'', every meal i have no MSG,oil but i can get from avocado,less salt(low sodium),green vegies,less meat,drink more water, detox once a week with fresh organic apple juice (whole apple can be)and water til 6 pm then stop eating , you can drink water as much as u can.,** Fatness does not enhance beauty** ** More people die by food than famine** that`s my best beauty tips
