I was just wondering...do girls have growth spurts? If they do....around what age? Oh yea...and it would be really nice if someone could actaully explain to me what a growth spurt is...I kinda know..its like where u get taller? Ok...the alst part just sounded stupid, ingore that.

As strange as this question may seem, I'm still in highschool and lately I havent been getting the quality sleep I would like to and probably wont be getting that in the future as well. My problem is that my skin has been taking the toll. The skin on the sides of my face has started to feel/look like they "sag" and seems to make my face look tired. I've also lost quite a few pounds recently and am hoping to find a face lotion that can sort of "lift" the skin back to normal. What can I use? and am I too young for it if I'm still in my teens? I got a forest down there that would make Smokey the Bear a little nervous. LOL.

because it a notorious habit now
