Go to a doctor. That doesn't sound like normal weight at all. You should be eating 3 meals a day which include water, and a full course meal. Not just salads or something. Maybe you're just built small, but I don't know. Also, go to the gym and workout three times a week doing bench, sit-ups, and freeweights, and even leg and arm machines. (Muscles weight more than fat) But, I'd go to a doctor or ask a professional if you haven't already.
