HELP!!! so my cheeks are really red and irratated so i lay off the acne meds on there but THEN i get more pimples there! then i get these tiny little pimples that havent gotten red or have pus come out of then like normal pimples, but just are taken up my whole face! HELP!!! what works for combo scin with acne??!!

not sure what they are or how to get rid of em...they dont really hurt or itch. just big and red...shaving really bothers my skin so i usually wax but the day i decide to shave i have some little red dots that i usually get and then these huge ones i just wanna get rid of....anyone else have this?? any suggestions??

PLEASE no expensive things! i live 200 miles away from the cities where the good stores are. and im on a budget. is there any home remedie or inexpensive store fix (no internet ordering). i have really dark circles under my eyes from no sleep. (and dont say get more sleep. my medicens dont let me for more than 4 hours a night) and theyre creased and sorta puffy and my eyes hurt. i gussel water so its not like my skin and eyes are dehydrated. id love makeup tricks or products that diminish the look because im 4 days away from being in a pageant. thanks!
