They are really small... anything vitamins / special pills to make them bigger (no steroids thouh) thx!

You'll need to work out with weights to get the size you are looking for. Are you comfortable with a barbell on your shoulders?

If not, carry equal dumbbells in both hands to provide the extra weight.

Exercises should include:

Squats, where you lower yourself and stick your butt out as you do. This helps the gluteals most of all, and the quadriceps some.

Lunges, where you seek to lower yourself to the point where your waist and knees are at a 90 degree angle.

Calf Raises, where you move slowly up and down, and attempt to squeeze your calves at the top.

Good Mornings, for the hamstrings, where you bend at the waist, all the way to 90 degrees, keeping your head up to flatten your back.

And then, for extra credit!

Leap Squats (getting airborne with an explosion out of each squat)
Duck Walks
Frog Leaps
Step Ups
Broad Jumps

Make certain you keep the protein in your diet so that your body can rebuild muscle quickly with the help of easily converted amino acids. Good sources: lean meats, nuts, legumes.

Do some exercises such as squats and lunges. A good one for legs and bums is to sit on a chair then stand up but only on 1 leg then sit back down keeps one foot off the floor at all times. Do this 8 times on each leg.

Also running and walking will give you nice legs.

Gain muscle there by lifting weights or getting on a stairmaster. In time, this will give you lovely lumps in your trunk and nice muscular thighs.

I go to the ymca to workout and I do know that you can build muscle by using heavier weights on the machines.

Try muscle building exceriszes: lunges, squats, stair climber.

u dont want large thighs they dont look right with skirts like me i have big they are not that big they are big and u dont want that but squats and exerciing stuff
