For girls it should always be front to back, to prevent infection.

Girls should always wipe from top to bottom to avoid getting infections. Other then that, so long as you feel clean afterwards, thats all that matters

well belive it or not in middle east and euoripe they use water then then paper to wipe so i personly carry j&j or detol wet tessious with me all the time to make sure i be clean and prevent any infections ,,, in the end we are dealing with a sensitive a very sensitive area ....

For guys..they just gotta wipe all around
Girls, its a bowel movement from front to back...so no infections, cysts, etc. can form.

lol... my mom taught me it was from front to back. Apprently u're supposed to wipe in that direction.
