'Tore' some skin off my nose while squeezing a blackhead. Red nosed now. How can I heal this wound fast?

I've heard two things:
*Take a HOT shower (or bath) - this will allow the heat from the lower layers of the skin to escape, thus eliminating blisters.
*Take a COLD shower (or bath) - this will cool the skin and prevent blistering and peeling.

I have extremely hairy legs and extremely sensitive skin. I tried laser hair removal and within 6 months all of my dark leg hair grew back, even though they said I was a good candidate and should have great results. It was a waste of a lot of money. I have tried shaving with every skin product available, and some food items that were suggested. I also have tried hair removal creams and waxing. still my legs become red, hot and inflamed within 24 hours of the hair removal. Plus hair grows back quickly, stubly within 3-4 hours after shaving, 24-48 hours after everything else. I went to a derm. they sent me to the laser people which did not work. HELP PLEASE

I'm on the weight watcher diet counting points I can have 28 points a day and it seem like food period make me fat no matter how I cut back the weight is not coming out as quickly. by laying on a float/lounge chair and just laying still or do you get a better tan when you are moving all around.. and do you get a tan while you are in the pool...does chlorine not let you get color because of the bleaching aspects of it??

Just read an article in McCalls magazine that many women are using "high-tech" adult diapers that feel dry and don't leak or have odor under their clothes for convenience purposes. These are younger women and are not incontinent - just find them convenient vs. standing in long bathroom lines, etc. Any ladies heard of this or partaken?

It's like gritty and almost clay like. It's gross. And dandruff shampoo makes it go away. But it's not dandruff, I think. Because isn't dandruff like dry and flakey?
