Toned for sure. I don't really like the six pack look. I like a guy who is in shape. He can have a little belly though. But for the most part I prefer toned.

It really is all about personal preference...but you wanna know so lol. Honnestly yea those guys are really good to look at but I like a guy that does have some meat on his bones. Those kinda guys usually care enough about what they look like to take a shower and shave. I dunno I just prefer someone who is bigger I mean not obese just average. If a guy with a really good looking body walks past me yea I'm gonna look...and enjoy the view. Just as if a girl with a really nice body walks past you...your gonna look and enjoy as well.
Honnestly though I usually go for a guy with an average build the toned abs is nice but I want a little something to hold onto and I'm not even a big person myself I'm only 5'1" but I've just always liked guys who are bigger.

Personally, I prefer a little tone. Rock hard abs just aren't very comfortable, and I avoid any man who looks like he had a body part that could crush me.
Although to date, my boyfriends have all been of the 'soft and squishy' variety. Abs are in distant consideration to personality, humor, intelligence, stability,...and nice eyes.

I have a toned abs that occassion end up with six packs if I decide to eat properly. Chicks seems to like it better that way because it usually is soft enough to lay head on but can easily turn into six pack in a matter of days.

Most women doesn't pay too much attention for those details, but homosexual men tend to be very perfectionist about male figure. Most of homosexual men, prefer man with a six-pack. So if you get the six-pack, you will be impressing both but most of the males.
PS: I am not saying women doesn't care about males figures, as a women, I know we care, but as not as much men pays attention for women's figures.

Toned is suffice!!! Personally I DON'T like the "i spend my life at the gym types", theres way too much to life than weights and protien shakes.
