Breakfast- Fruit
Main Meal- Salad or a good healthy meal
Snack- a fruit smothie

Have your tried ENSURE. It is loaded with nutrients and is available in strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. I prefer the chocolate. In order for any diet to work, (1) you must stay away from the scales. (2) stop trying on clothes that you know are too small. (3) Try a cleansing diet on Friday evening until Saturday evening. drinking Lemon juice and water. Drink only water for the next day or eat a whole watermelon [cut up in pieces) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. (4) The next week you can weigh yourself. You might see a difference, but don't try to push yourself, as the pounds did not come over night, neither will the weight loss. (5) Don't listen to others, keep a sound mind. Try this method for at least 2 weeks and see what happens. (6) Stay away from the mirrors... your body is not ready yet!!! Good luck. My prayers are with you.

You do need to eat enough calories so that your body does not go into starvation mode, where you loose weight very slowly.
Your mussles will loose the weight for you.
Try having a carnation breakfast as a meal replacement....working for me.
Eat a bigger breakfast, and smaller meals later in the day to boost metabolism.
And exercise as much as you can, allowing the mussles to burn the fat off of you.

Those supplements are supposed to be meal replacements, not extras, but diet will only keep your weight from going up. To get it down you need a regular exercize program to go with it. Try just walking for 20 minutes a day, or swimming if you have access to a pool. Good luck.
