yes, most places like that have no one who properly knows how to take care of a pool, they usually just dump tons of chlorine to it and hope that its fine. Most pools like this are unbareable, very uncomfortable to swim in.

The chlorine damages both skin and hair, but its always fun to swim sometimes!

Hope not! Just came out of one! But, seriously consider that the very air we breathe & water we DRINK isn't pure, I don't think we should sweat it.
Skin is the body's largest organ & like all the OTHER parts which make up the body, is a marvelous creation.
