im a 13 year old girl on my cuz' q's thing. i am 50 pounds overweight and so are alot of people that live in my area. how can we loose it befor school starts? our school starts in 1 month and a half. any tips?

I had my lip pierced on 6-24-2006 the next day on 6-25-2006 it started to ooz puss and get red, and the area around it is painful and Hot. I called the place where I had the piercing done and they said to keep cleaing it the way I have been. But is now 6-28-2006 and no change I have tried sea salt and mouthwash. I have even taken it out and Cleaned it. I wore gloves. Any advice as to what I should do?
