the best thing to do for oily skin is wash your face twice a day with an acne medicated cleanser like Biore or Neutrogena. Make sure you moisturize, because that will help control the oil. Keep blotting sheets with you, and use them throughout the day. Sometimes a clay maske once a week helps. For oily hair, try to stay away from cleansing shampoos. Those are not for daily use. They strip the good oils out of your hair, sending the message to your hormones to produce more oil. Use conditioner, but don't apply it to the roots. It's also possible that you have a hormone imbalance. Hormones are the number one cause of oily skin and hair. Hope that helps.
