How often do you wash your face? You must wash every morning and evening and inbetween if you are just hanging out at home. Don't lean your face on your hands! You may want to try another brand of cleanser, etc. You can dab on tea tree oil onto each pimple. You can buy the oil anywhere and it not only dries up the blemishes but it also disinfects the area. Trader Joe's, is a store that is on each coast, and if you have one, they have a little roll on Tea Tree oil for blemishes. It works very well. If you do not have a TJ's, any health food store and even beauty supply places have this oil. Even though it is called oil, it is not oily. It is very drying and it is just an extract of the tea tree plant. It is strong, so only dab it on with a Q-Tip. Never, take it internally. It is good for cuts and other skin things too.

You may want to go to a health food store and look into an herbal cleanse. Usually, break outs there mean you need to change your diet and do a cleanse. Your body is telling you something. Drink lots of water.

What I do is I wash my face every day, it really helps. If you're going outside only put it on lightly, but if you're exercising take it OFF, because the sweat can make oils go into your skin and cause a pimple. You can also use facial scrubs. Some that works for me is St. Ives Apricot Scrub. They have it for different kinds, dry skin, oily skin, and for preventing blemishes/breakouts. If that doesn't work, you can go see a doctor and they can give you acne products. Good luck!

Drink lots of water, and stay away from greasy foods. You can clean your face all you want, but if you fill your body with junk, that is what it will spew.
