I have a medium complextion,and I don't burn easily. Also I do go tanning everyday. Just looking for a good lotion.

I was seriously thinking of getting it done. What are the dangers of getting it done? Do you really think I should? How long does it take to heal and how bad does it hurt? I already have the top and bottom of my belly pierced do you think its to much to have both nipples pierced too?

i am a busy officegoer.i work out treglarly for 1 hour in morning ,2000 skips,200 crunches,100 push ups .but still i fail to loose my tummy.i am going mad.plz suggest a way to loose my waist.my fiance is getting angry day by day.i cannot follow a strict diet because of my schedule.i want to loose my tummy in 1 month i there any mrdicine to reduce my tummy?i will praise any help.i also want to get fairer.suggest any medicine or anything which will help me to get it.

* I'm asian so I have a light, tanned skin tone.
* In summer, I'm prone to tanning and uneven pigmentation (which won't disappear!)
* So basically, I don't wish to be any darker than I am. What can I apply on my face and body to prevent tanning? Is there any sun block which you swear by?
