since i am very athletic and im 5'3 103lbs would you say that this was the reason i am very small right now?

Listen 2 me!!!!!! I'm very athletic too, but im 12 however i have B cups, it's harder 2 run and stuff. they get in the way.... trust me you don't want them....

Only a boob job will make your boobs grow bigger than nature intended. No cream or magic pill is going to make the grow and stay that way permanently.

Ur 14..omgsh bigger ones suck!!! Their really hard to carry, smaller ones are better trust me! and ur still young you have a lot of growing up to do.Plus, in my opinion bigger ones make you kinda fatter and shorter in my eyes i guess i dunno.
