-The acne treatment depends on what kind of acne u have...we have many differen treatment for therm...
-First Step is avoid sun shine...u can use some protection cream which has the SPF over than 25%...then if u are a smoker have to decrease the number of them....decrease the fat food u take(oily.fast food.chips...)....drink enough water (more than 2 lits a day)....wash ur face with no bacter soap(at least twice a day)...if u are a girl dont use bad brand of make up stuff and wash ur make up as soon as possible(even if u use removal cream ).....if u start any mild sport like areobic or even jogging it will make ur skin better....take good nutrition and vegetable....
-secound we have some locolize solution ...they are antibactrial like erythromycin 1% and ....u can use them once every 2 nights on ur acnes(avoid 2 cm around ur eyes and 2 cm around ur mouth including ur nasolabial lines)....
-third u can use systemic antibiotics like tetracyclin or doxi by the order of ur G.P or dermatologist....
-if non of them work or u have cystic acne with scar u have to use a drug calls Actane its full of Vit A , it has his own order and u just can have it by a dermatolog ...
-we have some other treatments like Microdermabration(its usefull for black spots),pilling(deep and superficial) for make the acne and the scar of them goes....
its better if u visit a dermatologist.
Good Luck
P.S:proactive is just a comercial brand ...not very useful

First of all.. some causes...

Hormones?
HUGE factor. It is more than likely an age thing that you'll grow out of with time as disappointing as that may be..

Fatty foods? Sweets?
I'd seen 3 dermatologists (plus regular docters I'd inquired with) and they all had different answers, some saying it's absolutely a factor, others saying it has nothing to do with bad skin. So if they don't know for sure... I don't know who does.. However, in my personal experience tend to believe that an abundance of junk food and soda pop does make a difference. I would diet, cutting down my cola and crud-food cunsumption and seem to notice a pleasant difference in my face.

Stress?
Definite cause. Spend some time worrying deeply over something and you'll be likely to find some new patches of blemishes soon after.

REMEDY?

Wash your face daily with a gentle soap like dove, but don't go into overkill mode with it. You can irritate it and make it worse.

Keep your hands away from your face and be careful with the hair you let hang in your face, like bangs. The natural oils in your hair can lead to break outs.

Be careful with what makeup you wear. Try different foundations for periods of time to find one that doesn't seem to affect your skin. ALMAY has always been kind to my skin.

Talk to a dermatologist. Your acne may be lessened greatly by antibiotics or some other means of prescription medication. I've thus far found no over the counter medicenes that do any good (I'd even tried ProActive Solution) except for Noxema and that's just for black heads.

Hope this helps..

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Get Rid Of Acne Permanently?

you can't not just get rid of acne by using the facial product. Besides that, you have to change your daily life style. Go to bed early in the night, have balance diet(avoid all the oily and fried foods), drink a lots of water, exercise. apart from that, you can also go to see your doctor instead of the beauty saloon9cause sometimes they just cannot be trust).

Apparently Proactiv is really really good. If the acne is very bad though you can go to your Dr and get some prescription cream or possibly tablets that help to get rid of them.

Also make sure you drink plenty water (2 litres as day) and also eat well, plenty fresh fruit and veg and also try to get plenty sleep to help your body recover.

Hope I helped :)

lol. Confused yet?

There is no One cause, and therefore no one solution. Definitely increase your fluid intake and check to see how oily your skin is. If it is too oily, use a facial routine designed to clear up oil, If it is too dry then use as specific moisturising routine. BOTH can cause outbreaks. Is it hormonal? Not much you can do about that, but as your hormones settle down so should your skin. The chocolate thing is a myth, but choosing healthy eating habits has so many benefits it is probably worth giving it a go.

My answer isTEA TREE SKIN CARE SOAP, i just started using it for about a week now and Oh my God does it work, i used everything from proactive, kinda work but u have to keep using it constanlty otherwise u will start braking out again. and all kinds of nutregena and anit-bacterial soaps blah blah blah. get this Australian Tea tree soap and a lotion after if u want for best results. I got it at a vitamin shop, i dont think u can get it anywhere else

There are all kinds of products on the market - I've seen them. Check your diet too. And if all else fails - see a doctor for a prescription cream or makeup.

in my opinion clean & clear foaming acne cleanser is the best. you dont have to see a dr. to get it either and it isnt that expensive.i know from experience i have been using it for a few years now and it still works it also prevents breakouts too.

well you SHOULDNT try proactive because then your face gets used to it and once u stop using it ur going to brake out again and it mite not even work. You should try skin and clear black head scrub. ITZ REAALY GOOD!!
