Your body loses weight proportionately..... so you can can't just lose weight from your chin alone. There are no exercises that will spot-reduce either. You need to exercise regularly, and if you happen to carry more weight there, then accept it will take a while, compared to the rest of your body, which may look fine to you.

work out and eat right . your best bet is to first to a cardio workout for an hour a day. start off by doing half an hour a day and make sure you stretch first or youll be REALLY sore the next day!!! increase your workout by a bit everyday. make sure you go on a healthy diet and in a month that double chin should be gone. butr im no expert. it worked for me though

Actually, if you tip your head straight back then slightly open your mouth and allow your lower jaw to extend outward. you will feel tension down the front of your neck. Slowly turn your head to the left then the right and you will feel the muscles stretching. This helps to tighten up the chin however will not totally eliminate it. Good Luck!

Well, if you are in shape and its just the chin thats bothering you, put your neck up and smack it with the back of your hand like 10 times a day. Iknow it sounds like the stupidest thind youve ever heard and you probably wont do it, but its my moms remedy and she always knows what shes talking about.

Excercise, diet. Sorry but that's the only good reliable and healthy way to loose weight. You also can't focus on one area of your body such as your chin, you just have to do the hard work and drop fat all over!

plastic surgery if you have a really large one, because when you lose weight, your skin will be stretched out of shape. if it's not so large, just lose weight.
