YES!!!! It's not just "in our heads" as many people think, I was psychotic for 3 days every month, I literally felt and acted like I was possessed! It took an understanding doctor to listen to me and try and help with the problem, she realised I had been prescribed a birth control pill that was too high in Oestrogen, this made me crazy and aggressive, verging on violent. The dosage was reduced and now I feel human again, just a little teary, nothing that a hug doesn't cure! If you are felling this way, get your GP to run some blood tests and hormone checks, you don't have to suffer.

Yes I believe almost all women have the PMS blues. I get sad, ill, and mad when I have PMS. It is no fun at all. Just try to lay off the caffeine and salt. These things will make you feel more bloated and yucky. Try drinking alot of water and writing in a journal. Also keep away from people that you think might make you more agitated.

.all a load of hogwash !!!!!!!!!!!!! just an excuse for women to have a good old moan... No, I 'm only joking, not that it's a joking matter. Us men just don't understand this but WOMEN , P L E A S E don't blame us men for this. Just let us in on your monthly blues - we really do wanna try, although we'll never trully, understand.

Alot of Woman get PMS blues and yea chocolate is good (only if you don't eat to much). A good way to help with the blues and cramps is to do light aerobic exercise. It works good with cramps and might lift your spirits:)

I think just about everyone gets them. Even guys, when they are around females that have them. It's a contagious sort of thing.
