Hair - September 2007

Hi, i have honey and copper higlights and my hair is dark brown, i got the professionally done a few months ago but havent been able to go back to the hairdressers (way too expensive, im a student). I have over an inch of roots but its not too obvious. what can i do to either get rid of the higlights, or get another set of highlights done, but no honey colour, its too blonde for me.

ps, im absolutely clueless about hair products, styling and things of the sort.. please explain answers....

i just had it cut yesterday.
it was waist length.
but, idunno, waist length hair just looks dead to me.
& unyouthful.

I have wanted to dye a thin bottom layer of my hair pink for a long time. I haven't been able to find the correct shade to do it with. The only one I can come across is this one from Hot Topic:

I begin school Thursday, and I want to have it done by then. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to make the shade lighter. What if I left it in for a shorter time span, or added another ingredient to it. I don't want the color to look horrible though. I am also using a semi-permanent, because I have very light hair naturally, practically platnium blonde. So I do want it to fade over time, within a few months. I don't want it to leave behind a nasty residue forever.

l have large white flakes, they don't flake like dandruff, though. It's like crusty deposits, or, buildup on my scalp. I have tried using every different kind of shampoo out there for dandruff, seborrhic dermatitis and even psoriasis. Can anyone relate or tell me how to treat this?

my hair is naturally blonde but i dyed it a medium brown and i regret it so much, my hair is very long, almost to my butt crack lol, and thick. I use herbatint hair colour and henna, does anyone know if it will work if i dye it from medium brown to light brown, then dark blonde to light blonde, using these natural dyes, im against chemicals so any help would be awsome. im starting high school tomorrow and i dont know what to do with my hair, its about shoulder length, and curly, wavy ad the ends, i have bangs that wear mostly to the left side of my face. i dont know y this wud matter but i have very light brown hair some people wud call it DARK DARK blonde wiht natural light blond hi-lights i usually wear it in a ponytail or messy but how shud i wear it? i dont really think ill have much time to dry it and straighten it in the morning so any suggestions are welcome. if u want to recommend any clips or anything go ahead
