foods with alot of oils (not fats) or iron will make your hair grow great. i have a well at my house and the extra iron makes my hair and nails grow faster, look healthier and be strong iron=strength and faster growth oils=shine and healthy scalp

I certainly don't encourage it, but, beer will actually make your hair shine and make it healthier. Something to do with the ingrediesnts obviously but it's true you can google it.
