Hair - October 2006

I want to change my hair to a brownish/blondish. My hair is naturally black and whenever I color over with something light it turns out orangey-copperish and i hate it.

Step by step instructions aren't neccessary but would be greatly appreciated. Can someone tell me name of that hair color too? thanks in advance.

Whenever I take a shower my hair comes out in big amounts and its everytime i run my hands through my hair. I'm not sure why and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or what I could do to make it stop.

i heard that u have to bleach the area u want done first and then put the pink in if u have dark hair? plus i straighten it everyday! will it completly destroy my hair?

I have stupidly silly curly hair and GHD's are the only straighteners that keep it straight all day (with others it gets kinky and curly again quite fast) but i cant afford them Are there others that are as good (or better) but cheaper?

Well,I have really cruly hair, and some days I think it's cute and stuff but others I wish I can have it down and have it sright. I do strighting my hair but after I do it get's cruly or wrost puffy!!! don't know what to do!! And I don't have time to blow dry it . Any thing I can put in it to make it look good?

my hair smells if i dont was it for one day,it smells like sweat odor and stinky,I used to have long braided hair, put alots of oil products to braids,had to cut it off, but still smell not as much as before.I went to florida two years ago, i think the heat cause my hair to stink,it never used to stinks, even when i had the braids,i used alots of diffrent types of shampoo but sucess. yeah. i got asian hair [which is silky, straight, relaxed] and it bothers me that every time i curl it, it just falls out hecka quickly.

please dont tell me to buy some of those hair product crap, im only 16 and i dont drive. also my mom obviously wouldn't give me money just because of that.

however i do have spray gel, spray net, and regular gel to werk with for rite now.

I don't know what type of hair style I should have, if I should dye it, I just don't know what to do with it. Is there a web site where I can see myself in different hair styles? I just bought Garnier Fructis sleek and shine leave-in conditioner, it says you can use it everyday but I think that's a little much, how often should I use it? And do I shampoo and condition then use the leave-in stuff or what?
